[TYPO3-english] How can i add custom image effects to the Image Options

  Hi,

How can i add custom image effects to the image options?
( The image options can be found under the "text with image" element in 
the "media" tab. )

I just want to add an effect, that will add a frame to the image and 
rotate it 5 degrees to the left.
