[TYPO3-english] File uploads with admin review

Hello, list.

I'm looking to an extension, that is almost similar to DAM Frontend - FE 
users can upload files to some shared folder and assign a file to an 
existing category, the file listing (with optional description) is shown at 
FE, so other users can download them.
The only one thing, that I can't find at that extension - admin review. When 
new file is uploaded, it shouldn't be visible immediately at FE, first admin 
user (which can be BE or FE user as well) should review it and allow or 
disallow this file in listings.
Is it possible with DAM Frontend?
Or, maybe, there is some other extension, that allows such a possibility?
