[TYPO3-english] Preview pages TV panel

Hi list,

every time I try to view a hidden page on frontend, this kind of Templavoila
panel shows up:

Does someone how to hide it?

I tried  this on my admin TSConfig but it's not hidden:

admPanel {
  hide = 1
}
