[TYPO3-english] new extension pagenotfoundhandling

We just released our new extension pagenotfoundhandling on forge [1] and 
TER [2].

What does it do?
It displays customized contents (a page from the pagetree or a 
template), when TYPO3 throws a 404. The settings are made globally in 
the extension manager, but also per each domain. The whole thing works 
also with multiple languages.

The extension is still under development, but the released version works 
already pretty well.

I'll be glad about some feedback.
