Hi Felix,

okay, maybe your Mac created ._ files for the .css files in 
typo3/sysext/t3skin/stylesheets/(visual|structure)/.

Could you have a look on the server, whether there are files 
._filename.css existing?

As Björn pointed out, there has been such a ._pythoncolors.css file in 
typo3/contrib/codemirror/contrib/python/. However this file shouldn't 
have been included in your merged CSS (as this directory is not included 
in the skin CSS).
However I deleted the file in rev. 9511 [1]
