[TYPO3-english] ODP: TYPO3 javascript order

Where do you ivoke the functiom. I'm guesing that it should be placed in body tag.

I use javascript to center the page, but it activates only after the page is loaded. Is there are any way to manage javascript executing order in TYPO3 and eexcute them before the content is loaded?
