[TYPO3-english] config.prefixLocalAnchors not working.

Hi,

Indeed, I have the same problem. Version 4.4.4.

> domain/page/# goes okay
> domain/page/#section goes wrong and the link opens this page: domain/#section (so it removes a part of the path)

This occurs with and without RealURL. I mean,
domain/index.php?id=4#section goes to domain/#section.

So, somewhere a part of the stripping goes wrong?

I'll try to find the cause and file a bug...
