not in this case... (mayby 256 characters, but i don't know)
i work with constants like this with no problems
if_yaml.lang.std.content.ttnews.fullDateTimeFormat
an it is longer than yours
plugin.tx_extension.admin.icons.file.lenght

i also think you have a misstype in the word "length" in constants OR in setup
