[TYPO3-english] Is there any limit on constants tree

Is there any known limit on constant and setup trees?

If I define in constants
     plugin.tx_extension.admin.icons.file.lenght = 20

and then in setup
    var = {$plugin.tx_extension.admin.icons.file.lenght}

I don't have correct values, while using one level less all works ok.

Is this a known limit?
