[TYPO3-english] css2inline attribute redefined warning

A quick search with Google resulted in a report that a double quote in a 
URL which is properly urlencoded might lead to such warnings. If you 
disable the extension can you check for %22 inside URLs on the page? 
There might be other things that trigger this, but this one was found [1]
