[TYPO3-english] Shows a dropdown and remember last authors in a tt_news article

Later I thought about a suggest wizard for this field. Although the 
system might even accept the settings for a suggest field, it will only 
return the uid of the record it found (that would be a tt_news record). 
We need a suggest field which returns the author.

Maybe a useful addition for 4.5?
