[TYPO3-english] Fatal error: Call to undefined method tslib_fe::setUrlIdToken()

Hello there 

I got constant  on 4.2.10 and 4.3.3 on hosting firm machine...

Fatal error: Call to undefined method tslib_fe::setUrlIdToken() in 
/home/cesmelio/public_html/typo3_src/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/index_ts.php on 
line 432

According to typo3 bug list. It was something about turkish LC and php bug.

Setup has some Turkish page names but no turkish (and maybe turkish chars in 
ts) LC set or anything other than utf-8 

More than that local installation work with no problem. And on hosting site it 
crashed constantly...

I apply the patches from typo3 bug list. Nothing was changed.

And it was so weirdo. 

We got turkish pages with turkish page names in our controlled debian servers 
with no problems. 

Some how this was broken..

Any idea or workaround ?
