[TYPO3-english] BE page tree is hidden

Either use an older version of your browser or a newer version of TYPO3.

TYPO3 4.0.2 is rather ancient. Look at the version matrix [1] to see 
which versions are supported. As you can see, 4.0.x is obsolete and 
nothing is done to fix any problems for this version.

Newer versions of various browser are known to have problems with older 
versions of TYPO3, because of various security issues in the browsers.
Maybe other browsers will manage to display the 4.0 backend correctly. 
Upgrading to a newer and more secure version of TYPO3 is advisable!
