[TYPO3-english] mm_forum customize ###POSTUSER###?

hi,

i am using the mm_forum extension and would like to customize the user
info that gets displayed at the left side of posts.

in the list_post.html template it seems to get inserted with the
###POSTUSER### marker. i am especially interested in changing the date
format since the mm_forum date settings don't seem to have an effect
there. does anyone know if this is possible somehow? any tips?
