hi!
 i want to have an  REALURL like http://domain/about/directory/my_name
right now I get
http://domain/about/directory/?tx_wecstaffdirectory_pi1[curstaff]=1082&cHash=7e65bc7df80d8d276070b8517ad40bb4

 This does not look nice. Please tell me how to do!
