[TYPO3-english] Help with css menu and TS

Thank you Dawid, but I still need that menu item to be highlighted on every page, not only on Active state. Currentyl I am using this TS with template that I send: 

temp.menu = HMENU
temp.menu.1 = TMENU
temp.menu.1 {
NO.allWrap = <li> | </li>
}
