[TYPO3-english] choosing typo3

We use a bus which takes 5 minutes to go everywhere.
We are developing small and big sites without TemplaVoila, and we need 
only 5 minutes (not more) for each website do adapt templates.

After (one time only) 1/2 hour for first explanation to graphichs, all 
templates we are doing can be used/exchanged/substituted without any 
problem in just 5 minutes.

So, why do I have to add another layer of software? Only for having 
headaches when upgrading TYPO3 and extensions?
