[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 Multidomain External links to other Subdomain

Hi there

We have a TYPO3 multidomain installation. For some time now it is no
longer possible to set external (!) links pointing to another
domain/subdomain belonging to the same installation.

The problem is described here: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=9455
but the patch doesn't work for me.

Is there anyone out there having the same problem and got it working?
