[TYPO3-english] Updated TYPO3 Core APIs released today

Hi all,

I just released an updated version of TYPO3 Core APIs. A lot of work 
went into this update and you can read more about it here:

In general I will now use this new "Official Documentation" Forge 
project to write news about what's happening with the documentation 
(plus the occasional buzz post). So if you want to stay informed you may 
want to regularly check out these pages:

There are even Atom feeds for them (you'll find the link at the bottom
