You can upgrade directly from 4.2.x to 4.3.x. If you would start from 
e.g. 4.1.x it is advisable to do it via 4.2.x, but in this case the 
upgrade should form no real problem.

Remember to use the update wizard in the install tool, and don't forget 
the last step: compare database.
