[TYPO3-english] Visual menu separator + Pagetitle

Hello all,

I have a SPC in the typoscript of my menu. Whenever I want to use a spacer, I make a Visual menu separator.
However, the pagetitle is required! I now use " " (spacebar) as pagetitle, so visitors don't see the pagetitle in the frontend.

Is there a way to disable the pagetitle for Visual menu separators? Or better yet, is there a way I can achieve the same result without using the HTML code " "
