pmkshadowbox works with jQuery. Also chgallery should work, except for 
the ajax.js part, for instance with the use of pmkshadowbox as lightbox 
extension. You need only to make some small adjustments to the TS code.

You can also take a look at "and_shadowbox". No documentation, but 
should work with jQuery.

goef_fotoboek isn't using any javascript at all as I remember.

Regarding rgsmoothgallery. I'm not aware of any jQuery based extension 
which has same functionality.
