[TYPO3-english] T3 4.3.2 TS CONFIG condition on treeLevel

Hello everybody:
A little question about T3 4.3.2 and conditions in TSCONFIG: I know that  
T3 4.3.x allows conditions in Tsconfig, but...when I try to make a  
condition like in TS Setup for my Home page only:

[treeLevel = 0]
#my TSCONFIG
[global]

well, this doesn't work. It works fine if I write:

[treeLevel = 1]
#my TSCONFIG
[global]

Could you tell me why? (Just curious;))
