[TYPO3-english] Typo3 4.3 and DAM 1.1.5 - error with media module and duplicates files

A little update...maybe I've been dumb all the time:
I tried to uninstall DAM and do some "editorial" work (e.g. adding a page,  
adding content, adding images to content and so forth) with an "editor"  
user that has access to the custom workspace only, and then submit all of  
them to admin user.

The "duplication" of images and documents continues to exist...that  
means...that It's Typo3 that every time I use a custom/draft workspace  
creates a new image/document called image_02.jpg, image_03.jpg,  
etc,because... it handles this media as "versions" of the original assets!!

Am I right?
