This TS Setup works for me:

plugin.tt_news.displayList.title_stdWrap.editPanel {
editPanel = 1
allow = new,edit,hide,delete
line = 5

onlyCurrentPid = 0
previewBorder = 4
edit.displayRecord = 1
}
