it works.
if i attempt to request http://sub it´s rewritten to https://sub and for 
http://somewhat and https://somewhat it´s free to choose.

but the picture click-enlarge that works unter the standard domain is 
not working for the same picture under the sub domain...

forgot to mention the page utilizes templavoila which could also is to 
be investigated. no errors for the main domain at all.
