[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 4.4.0: Cannot redeclare class JSMinException

Hi there,

I always get the follwoing error if I click on the "save and view page" or 
the "save" or "save and create new" button on the regular text content 
element. The "save and close" button works without displaying the error 
message.


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JSMinException in 
/var/www/htdocs/typo3_src-4.4.0/typo3/contrib/jsmin/jsmin.php on line 297


Is this reproduceable?
