[TYPO3-english] Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\empirenewsonline\t3lib\class.t3lib_lock.php on line 159

The Permissions are okay. The problem occured when installing the tt_poll
extension it appears that typo3 does not detect the extension and i had to
include this file (

include(PATH_site.”media/scripts/poll_extTables.inc”);

). So while making the changes and saved then cleared the cache thats when
the fatal error on the delay occured. Please help.
