[TYPO3-english] realurl convertion of ö with Translit.txt: cleared cache and still no good result

Hello,  

I have posted this before:

My client needs tt_news titles with 'ö' to be converted to 'o', and not 'oe' as 
stated in Translit.txt. 
 
So I made some small changes : 
00F6; 006F;		LATIN SMALL LETTER O WITH DIAERESIS => oe (German) 
 
my news title for testing is: é-ç-à-è-ö-ë-ô 
normal, this needs to display the url as article/e-c-a-e-o-e-o.html 
but is is still showing: article/e-c-a-e-oe-e-o.html where the ö is still  
converted to oe. 
 
cleared ALL realurl cache and page cache. 
 
any idea why it isn't working?
Is Translit.txt the only place where I have to define this behaviour ?
