[TYPO3-english] Custom help texts in the backend

Hi.

I just wonder if it is possible to create custom help texts in the backend.

Here is a practical example:

The editors are instructed to set a certain width on images depending on the 
article type.

I would like to help them by adding a short text listing the different 
formats next to the width/height options.

Or maybe overwrite the view_help.php file.

Can this be done?
