not really. There is something like "Schurwolle", but that has nothing to do
with "certain" or "sure". It means wool, which has just been shaven from a
sheep.
When you speak German, you might also think that it sounds like a German
"sch" at the beginning, but that in English this phoneme is often written as
"sh". E.g. words like "shock", "sheep" or "shave" have the same phoneme at
the beginning and are written that way.
