Attribution — You must attribute this work to TYPO3 community (with 
link). 
Non-Commercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes. 
*No Derivative Works — You may not alter, transform, or build upon this 
work.*

the first too are OK (and even good), but the last one is pretty 
restrictive (at least how I read it).

As those can be waived, it would be nice to have a text stating all steps 
you have to do in order to use the package for your own website (e.g. 
remove all content, but keep link to typo3.org, etc).
