Judging from your testsite your css kills lists in normal text elements
because of the default "list-style-position:outside" for those lists and
your column definition. If you set the lists to
"list-style-position:inside" they appear (you can even test this with
the web developer toolbar - just disable your css and leave only the css
styled content css - voilá lists appear).

To your first example: This is exactly as it's meant to be. If you want
the elements to stop before the image you have to use "beside text" - in
text means that the text will flow around the image and therefore the
text area has to take the full width.

The last problem with the break I don't understand. Did you expect that
the break gets transformed to a line break? If you were using the RTE
you could have inserted a line break by pressing "Shift-Enter", no need
for own HTML (which gets htmlspecialchared).

I hope this clears some of your problems. If not, just ask again. If you
think you found some real bugs, please report them to the bug tracker in
the css styled content part (or wherever they fit most).

HTH,

Susanne
