Thanks for your reply Albert.

I'd really appreciate it if you can send me the modified extension.
Could you also tell me which files you've changed? I can then run a diff 
of the files. I ask you this because a previous developer altered the 
macina_banners code so replacing the currently installed version with 
your version is not an option.
