[TYPO3-english] Questions about versioning

Hi list, 

I'm looking for something (an extension maybe) to make versioning easier
for my web editors. Some questions about it:

- Isn't there a way to change between custom workspaces on frontend?  

- Isn't there a way to distinguish between a real content that all users
see when they are logged in and a modified content that only an editor
sees on a certain custom workspace?
