[TYPO3-english] GraphicsMagick combine on Windows

Hi Bernhard,
this problem is still pending in core list:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=12218

Could you submit the change? The solution is simple, riskless and 
working very well on a bunch of my installations (Win & Linux).
