When people want to disable page caching, I always wonder *why* they 
want to do that. I haven't needed it yet in any website I've been

There are enough alternatives to solve a problem with caching:
- make a plugin on the page not-cached
- use clearCacheCmd
- write code in extension correctly (in case of your own extensions)
