[TYPO3-english] tcemain and fe extensions

Hi Dmitry,

Thank you for the clear instructions.
Is there a security issue involved in using tcemain in fe?
I wonder because it seems to function quite nice and takes away a lot 
stuff regaring inserting records.

I found that hooks do work properly because they are called when 
executing tcemain.
