[TYPO3-english] tt_news and pound sign

A few pages were in my browser cache (with the question marks instead of 
the pound sign), but a simple refresh loaded the correct page.
Other pages which I hadn't visited yet displayed correctly immediately.

I guess it's fixed :-)
