[TYPO3-english] translation handling problem

Hi!
I have a problem on a my installation: when I try to do an update of
translation, I receive a box yellow (for every item) with label "???"
What could be the problem?

I try to set differents repository; on another TYPO3 on the same server the
service is ok.
