[TYPO3-english] powermail 1.5.1 (latest) not working in Typo3 4.3.1

Reason is the new content element wizard.

When I install powermail into a T3 4.3.1 install, the 'Powermail' icon 
is available, but when I add a New content element 'powermail' won't 
appear under Plugins.

Has anyone else got powermail working under 4.3.1?
