[TYPO3-english] website title missing

Hi,

I have this one site where there is just the page title as the title tag 
- so the "website title" from template setup is not there at all in the 
title tag. I have TYPO3 4.2.11 and simulatestatic enabled.

I really don't understand what I have done differently and all the other 
installations have the website title+page title in the title tag.

Any ideas are very much appreciated.
