[TYPO3-english] Would typo3 be suitable for setting up an e-government system?

Tiffany,
TYPO3 will work very well for this. Take a look at a county site that we
did:
http://www.alamance-nc.com/
The country library site runs on the same TYPO3 installation. There is
complete control over editor/department permissions. The Alamance site, for
example, has employee webmasters who can only work on their own department
pages and they cannot arbitrarily delete something, etc.
