[TYPO3-english] How to hide a page in menu, yet have it show in sitemap

Hi all,

I have a page that I hide in the menu tree so that I can have a custom
title for it, but that tree won't show in the sitemap because it is
hidden, even if I add it specifically in the sitemap list. How do I do
this?

The site is www.italiandestinationweddings.com

The sidebar menu has a top page that is hidden in menu.
