[TYPO3-english] Restricting BE usergroups to have only specific FE usergroup

Hi ,

              How can we restrict BE usergroup to access only specific FE user group ? For eg: if  A is  BE usergroup; B, C and D are FE usergroups. I want A to have only C as FE usergroup. Is it possible?
