[TYPO3-english] Searching form extension

Hi list,

I'm currently searching for a form extension, providing the following  
features:

* easy creation of forms for editors (without creating a HTML template!)
* sending data by email
* captcha support (jm_recaptcha would be great - in doubt it should have  
an API for captchas)
* saving entered data to DB (optionally)
