Yes, I know that, but by setting the page path manually I can assume
that even after clearing the cache I have the same URL.

You're right. But I didn't find out how to add a menu item manually and
place it amongst automatically generated menu items. Is that possible?
Or do I have to split it using begin and maxItems properties und
generate a typolink between the two parts?
