Of my webserver? You don't have access to it ;-)

Of your webserver, ask your network administrator. For instance if using 
Bind as DNS server and it is used both for your local computers and for 
"external" DNS server, you may define zones and ask it to answer 
differently when the DNS query comes from your LAN. This would do the trick.
