[TYPO3-english] Real URL conditions

Hello, I have a problem with the Config.baseURL:
site resides on a PC within a LAN,
if I enter Config.baseURL=http://127.0.0.1/ or a complete ip 192.168.1.24 (ip

webserver)
the LAN can see all right, while off-LAN not load the css and the
templates and the

links do not work.
If I enter Config.baseURL = http://www.miosito.it/
the LAN will not load css, templates and links do not work, while
outside the LAN

works fine.
How can I solve using the conditions?
I tried config.baseUrl http://www.miosito.it/ = [IP = 192.168.1 .*]
config.baseUrl =

http://192.168.1.24/ [end].
Does not work.
