[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 4.5 ExtJS

Enough said ;)

Checking all functionality, fixing all issues and adjusting the skin 
will, of course, not be short-hand solution. Let's see, how TYPO3 works 
with Ext 4.0, if there are only little problems, I'm sure that 4.6 will 
shop 4.0.
AFAIK they planned to drop IE6 support, thus this would be another 
blocker for us (for 4.5) ;-)
